Broken glass
While opening a Heinz Home Style Gravy Roasted Turkey glass jar I never noticed, or EXPECTED to encounter a section of sharp broken glass along the jar lid threads, (see attached photos). The never "noticed nor expected" broken glass edge shocked me horribly as the pain and the blood erupted from my deeply gashed finger.
Heinz Roasted Turkey Gravy and Alison Blood and a nasty painful deep gash, (which will require several days of cautious care to heal), was not what we had in mind for our Thanksgiving dinner! Please rectify this dangerous, ugly situation so it does not happen to others and compensate me for my pain and suffering as well as being forced to go out and find another jar of our favorite Heinz Roasted Turkey Gravy on Thanksgiving morning 11/24/2022 Thank you, Alison Rusczyk
